In celebration of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, LAGCOE is highlighting women who have been instrumental supporters of our organization.

Meet Sheri Bienvenue!

As we continue to celebrate #womenshistorymonth2020, today we highlight LAGCOE’s Committee Chair Sheri Bienvenue. Sheri is the Office Manager for Veris Global. She has a broad and diverse level of experience in managing executive effectiveness, information support and professionally representing corporate interests in the community. She has over 20 years’ experience in overseeing core business drivers for Stone Energy, a publicly traded Oil & Gas upstream company and Stuller, Inc, a privately held fine jewelry manufacturer. She is the LAGCOE Committee chair for the Welcome Committee.This particular committee was formed 6 years ago. Its primary purpose is it to meet and greet guests as they arrive at LAGCOE's technical exposition & conference. A team of “Welcome Committee Volunteers” stand ready to answer questions, help attendees, exhibitors and sponsors find their way around the LAGCOE show. She also served as the 2015 & 2019 President of the Desk & Derrick Club of Lafayette, which promotes the education and professional development of individuals employed in or affiliated with the petroleum, energy and allied industries. She is an adept project manager and always willing to assist wherever needed.
