Lafayette, LA – [November 13, 2023] – Mark your calendars for a spicy, heartwarming event as Lagcoe presents Roux Fest Gumbo Cookoff on February 8, 2024, at the historic Blackham Coliseum. This delicious competition not only showcases the rich culinary traditions of Louisiana but also serves as a heartfelt fundraiser for a local charity, continuing our commitment to giving back to the community.
