John Trahan was a member of the board of directors for Lagcoe from 1981-1987 and part of the executive committee from 1988-1989. He severed in several other committee that was concerned with planning the Lagcoe exhibitions for a long time. He earned the Lagcoe Looey title in 1995 for his contribution to energy.
