Cecil Smith served as part of the Board of Director and executive committee in Lagcoe for a while before becoming the chairman in 1988. After his retirement, he was also part of Lagcoe’s advisors. He was an active member of Lagcoe until his final years. He was the founder of the Brown Tool and Supply Co.
