Frank Syfan was Lagcoe Looey in 1969. Syfan was part of the board of directors for a long time and served as the chairman of Lagcoe from 1974-1975. He also served in several committees in planning and organizing the Lagcoe exhibitions. He worked closely with other active members of the board in shaping and improving what Lagcoe is now.
