Gene Fullen was the chairman of Crutcher Resources. He was also the chairman of Lagcoe from 1972-1973. Fullen was an active board member in Lagcoe all through his lifetime. Him and his wife, Dorothey Fullen were great contributors to Lagcoe annual exhibition. His hard work to the oil and gas industry earned him the Lagcoe Looey title in 1964.
