This committee makes sure volunteers have the tools they need to effectively communicate during set-up of LAGCOE's technical expositions & conferences. They also ensure all media inquiries and sent to the appropriate party.

The Security Committee coordinates and helps monitor the security of the show grounds during LAGCOE's technical expositions & conferences. This committee will also ensure all safety standards and protocols are met throughout the show and hold brief mandatory safety meetings each morning of the event.

The Registration Committee works to provide welcoming and efficient entry at LAGCOE's technical expositions & conferences.

This committee will help coordinate parking efforts for those attending the Energy Fest. They will also help with logistics for those using different transit methods throughout the show.

This committee places all appropriate signage throughout the show each day.

This committee will coordinate all live entertainment and activities throughout the show and director attendees to areas of festival engagement. The Festival Entertainment committee will also promote local entertainment events associated with LAGCOE.

The Exhibitor Relations Committee coordinators staff for the show floor service center and field questions and requests from exhibitors to ensure a great experience from move in thru move out.

This committee encourages and supports students to become future energy professionals who pursue technical positions which fuel our world. This committee will also coordinate LAGCOE’s Happy Hours during the event.

The International Committee works to place LAGCOE on the radar of international buyers year-round. This committee will also welcome all international attendees and assist in the international business center.

The Training Committee focuses on producing a slate of training topics at LAGCOE's technical expositions & conferences which have relevance to the current state of our industry. This committee will also coordinate logistics for the training sessions.

Speakers Committee will research relevant speakers and topics to bring to the conference element of LAGCOE.
