YPL Executive Committee: Adele Mayeaux

Mrs. Mayeaux is a Project Engineer for Adley Services, a full service, licensed engineering firm in Lafayette, Louisiana. With Adley, she has worked on process facility layout and design, regulatory compliance drawing packages, and PHA Facilitation. She has walked down sites for integration of new equipment. She is also involved in valve, vessel, and process equipment sizing and selection. Her past experience includes assisting in tool failure investigations, facility safety compliance, business practice audits, as well as planning and execution of service oriented projects. Adele is also very involved in industry and professional organizations in the community. She has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UL-Lafayette with over 8 years of industry experience. She and her husband Jared have been married for 8 years. They enjoy working out, cooking, travelling, and any chance to be outdoors

Why did you decide to join?

I grew up in the oilfield and enjoyed the LAGCOE show so I decided to get involved with the organization.

What benefits has YPL brought you?

I've met many people from all parts of the Oil & Gas Industry which has afforded new friendships as well as networking opportunities. I've also learned about the different parts of the industry.
