LAGCOE 2019 Conference

The energy industry today is more dynamic than ever before. While still focused on the production and development of resources needed to fuel the world, the oil and gas industry is increasingly powered by innovation and discovery, as advances in technology open up new possibilities unimaginable a few decades ago.

In this spirit, the theme chosen for LAGCOE 2019 was The Future of Energy Starts Here. It was chosen to emphasize the profound and exciting changes that are shaping and will continue to shape oil and gas in the future. It also points to the important role the Energy Corridor of South Louisiana will continue to have in helping to drive the industry forward. That’s why this year’s conference is more relevant than ever before: by bringing together the vast expertise of the Gulf Coast oil and gas business community, the conference provides an unmatched opportunity for sharing ideas and discussing common challenges.

Three dedicated conference tracks, Technical, Non-Technical and International, featured presentations from leading experts and updates on the latest technology. These sessions were carefully chosen and planned to ensure relevance and value for our audience. From onshore and production to offshore exploration, the LAGCOE 2019 conference sessions addressed the most critical issues facing the industry today. It was a can’t-miss event for anyone invested in the success of oil and gas in Louisiana.

LAGCOE 2019 offered a free Hosted Buyer program for exhibitors and international delegations. Buyers and exhibitors were matched across product/services sector/geographic area for a series of scheduled appointments at the exhibitor’s booth.

Hosted buyer meetings were scheduled during the afternoons from 2-6 p.m. on October 9-10 and from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on October 11. Each appointment was allotted 30 minutes, allowing the buyer ample time to travel from booth to booth on the show floor.

More info about the Hosted Buyer program for Exhibitors can be found here. International attendees, please see the International Program page.
