Rick Schulze
Rick Schulze is Regional Manager for International Trade Programs with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) covering Texas and Louisiana. He works out of the United States Export Assistance Center (USEAC) in Grapevine, Texas reports to SBA's Office of International Trade in Washington D.C. He is a Trade Finance Specialist and Senior International Trade Credit officer handling SBA's specialty loan programs designed for American businesses that export their products or services to foreign countries. The export loan programs provide small business exporters with working capital to perform on export transactions and/or finance existing foreign receivables.
Mr. Schulze has been Regional Manager for International Trade programs for over 12 years. Prior to that he worked for 15 years in the SBA's Office of Disaster Assistance where he was Assistant Director for Loan Processing, responsible for post disaster loan assistance to businesses, homeowners, and renters in a 12 State area. Mr. Schulze has a degree in economics from the University of California at Irvine and did graduate studies in finance at the University of Arizona.
