George D. Richardson

Special Agent in Charge (SAC) George D. Richardson , US Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Export Enforcement (OEE)- SAC Richardson has over 36 years of law enforcement experience. He began his carrier with Office of Export Enforcement in Dallas, Texas, in 1991, prior to joining OEE he worked for US Customs in various locations and as state and local law enforcement officer in New Jersey and Arizona. In 1997 he was awarded the Department of Commerce "Gold Medal" for his international undercover work which prevented over 5.5 million dollars in US goods and technology from being exported to Iran. In October 2000, SAC Richardson was promoted to SAC of the Boston Field Office. In February 2002, he transferred back to Dallas Field Office as the SAC. SAC Richardson graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
