Mike Martinez

Mike Martinez is President of Bay-Inelectra S.A. de C.V. a Mexican joint venture between Bay Ltd., a U.S. based global construction company with over 50 years in the industry, and Inelectra S.A.C.A., the largest engineering, procurement and construction company in Venezuela. The company is headquartered in Mexico City with a branch office in Tampico, Tamaulipas, and a world-class fabrication yard in Pueblo Viejo, Veracruz.

Mr. Martinez previously held the position of Senior Vice President for Bay Ltd. Latin American operations, where he was responsible for all business aspects of the Bay subsidiary Constructor Bay de Mexico (C-Bay) in Mexico. C-Bay has been operating in Mexico since 2001.

His previous other positions were: President and CEO of Silvertech Systems; District Manager for Foxboro Company; Senior Manager with ABB Lummus Crest, Inc.; and President, Engineered Control Systems.

Mr. Martinez has a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is a U.S. citizen.
