Indoor Space
All indoor space is on concrete. Rental space includes backdrops, nameplates, side panels, and security. Additional installations and services may be arranged at the exhibitor’s expense. Booths are 10’ x 10’. See Also: Exhibit Space Pricing.

Outdoor Space
All outdoor booth exhibit space is on asphalt. Rental space is provided without service, except 24-hour security. Booth spaces are 20’ x 20’. See Also: Exhibit Space Pricing.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration
Exhibitor Personnel Registration is provided for paid exhibitors, members of the media and sponsors. If you should have any questions, please contact the LAGCOE office.

Other Services
A limited number of hospitality suites will be avaiable in 2013. For information regarding the size and cost of suites, please contact the LAGCOE office. Additional services include electrical, material and freight handling, as well as booth decorating and booth furnishings.

SPOTLIGHT ON NEW TECHNOLOGY

Exhibitor and Sponsors will be invited to submit applications for a chance to showcase new technology to industry leaders and LAGCOE attendees at the Spotlight on New Technology segment of Technical Presentations in 2013.  Please check back in 2013 for details about the program and application instructions.

No outside food or beverages will be allowed on the Show grounds.
