JSC NPK GALYCHYNA Brief Company Description

Founded in the middle of the XIX century Drogobych oil refinery (Drogobych, Lviv region Ukraine), currently Joint Stock Company "NPK- Galychyna" diligently works serving as a real proof of progress.

The management of the Joint Stock Company developed the strategy of the refinery modernization up to 2015. The construction of the following process units is foreseen:

- Diesel Hydrotreater Unit (capacity - 1mln. 200 thousands t/year) according to the License and Basic Design of "Haldor Topsoe" Denmark;

- Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit (capacity - 928 thousands t/year) according to the Basic Design developed by "AXENS" France;

- Octanizing Unit (capacity - 600 thousands t/year) according to the Basic Design developed by "AXENS" France;

- Isomerization Unit (DIP-Penex-Super DIH Process Unit) (capacity - 300 thousands t/year) by UOP USA License and Basic Design;

-Selective Yield Delayed Coking Unit (capacity - 600 thousands t/year) according to the License and Basic Design developed by Foster Wheeler USA Corporation;

- VGO Unionfining™ Process Unit (capacity - 1mln100 thousands t/year) by UOP USA License and Basic Design;

- Fluid Catalytic Cracking PROCESS UNIT (capacity 900 thousands t/year) by UOP USA License and Basic Design.

As far as the ecological problems of Ukraine are rather critical, there is the necessity in construction such units as Amine Regeneration Unit, Sour Water Unit and Sulphur Recovery Unit.

In relation to the abovementioned we would like to emphasize our interest in the manufacturing capabilities of the companies related to the production of compressors, furnaces, reactors and so on for the above mentioned processes.
