The LAGCOE 2019 Conference Committee is now accepting speaker applications for consideration for its biennial conference to be held October 9-11, 2019, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center New Orleans, LA.
LAGCOE 2017 welcomed more than 10,000 attendees from 21 countries and across the U.S for three full days of professional development, continuing
education, and networking. LAGCOE 2019 plans to include more than forty (40) one-hour technical sessions, presentations by industry leaders,
as well as a diverse array of companies showcasing their products and services on the exhibit floor. The LAGCOE 2019 theme is “The Future of Energy Starts Here.”
Session Presentation Criteria:
- Presentation should fill, but not exceed, a 1-hour session.
- Topics should be significant to the any sector of the energy industry and relevant to the current market.
- Credit to your organization is allowed, but should be limited to no more than 5 minutes of your presentation. Sales pitches are not acceptable presentations.
- The main audience must be energy industry personnel.
Technical Session Format:
Presenters are encouraged to offer session formats that allow attendees an engaging and interactive experience. Formats to include: single speaker
with a Q&A portion, panel discussion, facilitated panel discussion, multi-presenter, and interactive presentations such as small group
All submissions received for LAGCOE 2019 sessions will be evaluated by a committee of industry peers. Our goal is to engage attendees in diverse
energy-related topics. Decisions of the committee are final.
