  • How are wait list companies chosen to receive booth space?
    A company’s Priority Point Number will determine their position on the LAGCOE wait list. This Priority Point Number will determine the order in which companies are assigned booth space for LAGCOE. Wait list companies are assigned booth space through the following steps: Previous exhibitors are given first right of refusal on their booth space. Then, available space is determined. Wait list companies will be assigned booth space in Priority Point Number order. If multiple companies have the same Priority Point Number, the company with the earliest wait list signup date will be offered the space.
  • How do I move up on the wait list
    Wait list companies are assigned booth space at LAGCOE in Priority Point Number order. All wait list companies have the opportunity to earn points every show year through official LAGCOE show advertising and sponsorship opportunities. Priority Points are awarded for participating in any of the official LAGCOE show advertising and sponsorship opportunities purchased directly with LAGCOE, CMAC and World Oil on the following scale: 5 points = $500 to $1,499 10 points = $1,500 to $2,499 15 points = $2,500 to $4,999 20 points = $5,000 to $9,999 25 points = $10,000 to $19,999 30 points = $20,000 +
  • How do I reserve a booth at LAGCOE?
    Companies that wish to exhibit at LAGCOE must sign up to be on the wait list. LAGCOE uses this wait list to assign companies booth space. Once a company has signed up on the wait list, they will remain on the wait list until a booth space becomes available.
  • What are my company's chances of getting a booth space for LAGCOE 2017?
    LAGCOE works on a first right of refusal basis. Current exhibitors have first right on their booth space. Wait list companies are given the opportunity to be a part of LAGCOE 2017 after current exhibitors have been placed in booth spaces. Companies that have a higher Priority Point Number increase their chances of receiving a booth space.
  • What are priority points?
    The LAGCOE Priority Point System exists to recognize wait list companies who contribute to the success of LAGCOE through advertising and sponsorships contracted directly with LAGCOE in conjunction with the show. A company’s Priority Point Number will determine their position on the LAGCOE wait list. This Priority Point Number will determine which companies will receive booth space for LAGCOE 2017. All wait list companies have the opportunity to earn points each show year through official LAGCOE show advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
  • When will I know if my company will receive a booth space for LAGCOE 2017?
    LAGCOE will be contacting companies on the wait list according to their priority points after finalizing all returning exhibitors’ booth space assignments. LAGCOE is working quickly to ensure each company gets a fair opportunity to participate in the LAGCOE 2017. LAGCOE will contact wait list companies by email and phone in Priority Point Number order to discuss booth space options.
  • Why does LAGCOE have a wait list?
    LAGCOE is at capacity for the show and gives previous exhibitors first right of refusal on their booth space. After all previous exhibitors are given the opportunity to return, wait list companies are contacted to fill the remaining booth spaces. This system ensures each company has a fair chance to exhibit at LAGCOE due to the high volume of wait list companies.
